IIt is easy, go to our section POST YOUR AD section, select your country, city and the kind of ad you would like to publish, our Publishing form will appear automatically, follow the on screen instructions , fill them in correctly and send it back to us.

We provide unlimited exposure time for your ad, until you decide to renew/cancel it, or until the rent/ sale of your property.
We will help design your ad in TuInmueble.com
The ads published in the section "VACATIONALS" are valid only for 60 days, after that time you will have to renew it and pay the original rate again that will allow the ad to run for another 60 days.

3. Is it possible to include more than 12 photos in my ad? |
Yes. As many you’d like. You can also choose the Super plan (which allows you to upload 12 photos) you can then also add more pictures, each additional photo will cost $ 2.00 (US Dollars)

4. Is there a commission charge that needs to be paid to TuInmueble.com? |
No, TuInmueble.com offers a Real State photo classified site on the internet and has no means of contact between the salesmen and buyers .The purchase/rent of any property is made directly between them.

5. Does my ad in TuInmueble.com expire? |
Your ad can remain in TuInmueble.com as long as you wish until you sell or rent your property. Nevertheless, in order to avoid our web site being filled with sold/rented properties, we ask you to renew your add without any cost.
You can renew your ad for as long as you want, it´s always free, but you have to comply with certain time limits. These limits are for periods of 60 days each time, time begins to run from the day you publish your ad.
You can check the date on your invoice to know the expiration date, which will be 60 days later. If you wish to post the same ad again just re-do the same process again.
If your ad expires and you have not renewed again, TuInmueble.com reserves it´s right to declare its expiration and remove it from the site.

6. What happens if my ad is withdrawn? |
If your ad has been removed from our site, this means that 60 days have passed since you published/renewed it.
If you wish to advertise your property in TuInmueble.com again, you will have to repeat the process of publishing a new ad which implies that you will have to fill out your publication request, and send your payments again.
To avoid these inconveniences and additional expenses, we recommend you renew your add within the fixed time limits, every 60 days.

7. Can my ad be modified? |
Yes, you can modify your ad, although some restrictions apply:
The original contact person and phone number of the ad cannot be eliminated.
You may add an additional contact person (only one (1) other person, meaning a maximum of two (2) people can be added). Other phone numbers can be added. The fields EXTRA cannot be modified or eliminated. The ad is unique and can only mention one property.
Some exceptions apply when composition and spelling errors are involved.

8. How will I notify that my property has been rented or sold? |
You can notify us of the sale/ rent of your property by sending us a note with your information, ID # of your property and we will remove it from our web site, you will then stop receiving any calls and emails from interested buyers. If you do not notify us of the sale/rent of your property, your ad will be automatically deleted by the system after 60 days after the published/renewal date.

9. Is it possible for me to take photos of my property and publish them in TuInmueble.com? |

Yes. Tuinmueble.com now counts with an ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM. You will be able to publish on Tuinmueble.com in a faster more efficient manner, following the instructions below:
First Step (PHOTOS): You must take the photographs of the property you wish to publish. Make sure they comply with the following criteria:
- In order to guarantee the integrity of the ads to our customers, the photos cannot be extracted from this site, magazines, catalogues or already published. We recommend that you take the pictures.
- The first and most important photo of the ad is the Main Photo; this photo must be the outside facade of the real estate (apartment, house, commercial property, land, etc) property.
- Avoid the cutting or manipulating of the photographs digitally. Our design department will be in charge of making any adjustments to the images if necessary.
- To facilitate your photos taking you can use the photos below as a guide. When you take your pictures, try to maintain a similar angle if possible.

10. The location of my property is not listed among the ones you have available, can I still publish it in TuInmueble.com? |
Yes. When your ad is published, your urban zone will be automatically visual in TuInmueble.com. Only zones with real estate for sale/rent are visible.

11. What sale / rent price would you recommend I put on my ad? |
Each sales person chooses the amount that they would like to charge for their property, land, apartment for sale/ rent. In TuInmueble.com we recommend you place a market price, similar to other properties of the same type/standards in the same zone.

12. What are the terms and conditions of my ad? |
You can review the publication conditions on our Web Site under the terms and conditions section.

13. Does TuInmueble.com take responsibility for the information given and provided on the ads on this Web site? |
The information provided in this ad is responsibility of the agent, owner, or seller who pays for this service. TuInmueble.com will not be responsible for any errors, misunderstandings or accuracy on the information posted.
